Anda Kizhi, also known as Muttakizhi, is an Ayurvedic treatment involving using boiled eggs and herbal powders bundled into a bolus (kizhi) for therapeutic massage. The boiled eggs are peeled and cut into pieces, then mixed with herbal powders and wrapped in a muslin cloth. The bolus is heated and gently massaged over the body, using techniques like tapping, circular motions, and gentle pressure
